Profile Azizul Hisham
Azizul Hisham is trained in Building Surveying and Valuation and has a unique 20 years of background in the field of retail and property management. He is a former Deputy General Manager/Head of Retail of one of Johor Corporation's (JCorp) subsidiaries. Before joining JCorp, he served with various GLCs and private companies, namely Boustead Holding Berhad, Giant Malaysia, Glomac Berhad, and Rahim & Co International, to name a few. Azizul Hisham also has extensive working experience in the property and facilities management industry, including general management in commercial/retail property and shopping malls. He also has led a team to open new retail properties in the Northern Region in Penang, Kedah and Perak and turned around a renowned mall in the Klang Valley. He is eager to share his in-depth knowledge and first-hand practices in leasing marketing plans and strategies, advertising and promotions, daily management and operations of the property, i.e. facilities repair maintenance, security, car park, finance, administration, human resources, customer service and procurement. Azizul Hisham received his Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, in 2000 and Diploma in Valuation from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Skudai, Johor, Malaysia, in 1997.
Profile Ir. EMRAN ISMAIL
Ir. Emran Ismail has more than 30 years-experience in real estate industry mainly on the property development and asset management. Throughout his career in GLCs and private property companies in Malaysia, he had managed and completed several prominent townships under various senior management positions. He was the former Strategy and Investor Relation Head for Malaysia Vision Valley (MVV), a 28 thousand acres project in Negeri Sembilan and instrumental in drafting and initiating a comprehensive stakeholder’s engagement plan for MVV economic corridor. Ir. Emran Ismail holds an MBA in Strategic Management from IIUM, a degree in Civil Engineering from Lamar University, Texas, and a diploma in Islamic Study from local institution. He is a registered professional engineer with practising certificate and a panel member for PAE and EAC. He is also active in NGO and CSR activities and is one of the motivational speakers for Persatuan Alumni Universiti Texas (PAUT), an NGO actively sharing best practices and giving motivational talks to school and university students nationwide. He also serves as a part-time lecturer for University Tun Abdul Razak and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia teaching graduate and undergraduate courses i.e., Competitive Strategic Management, Ethics in Management, Quality Management, Ethics Globalization and Cross Culture etc. Currently he is the Managing Director for EiG Puresolutions, a consultancy firm focusing on Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) in Property Development and Real Estate.
Profile Ishak Abdul Kadir
Ishak Abdul Kadir has more than 30 years-experience in real estate industry mainly on the land management. Throught his experience working with various companies, he has managed to secure all strata and landed titles according to target dates. As a former Land Executive at Sime UEP Bhd, he handled the First Stage of Bukit Raja Township (1,760 acres) within 8 years through stages, pursued on conversion and block sub division for entire Jalan Acob Estate approximately 5600 acres and also involved in various Strata development at Putra Heights, Ara Damansara and Bukit Raja. Currently, he is a Manager Liaison Business Unit 4 where he assists township project teams on the Strata Development for highrise and landed properties and does liaison with relevant authorities for APDL and Strata application. Before joining his current job, he is a former Assistant Manager of Land Administration at Sime Darby Property Bhd. Ishak Abdul Kadir received his Bachelor Science of in Land Administration and Development at the University of Technology of Malaysia and Diploma of Business Administration at ITM Shah Alam.
Profile Rusli Ab. Wahab
Rusli Ab. Wahab has developed his specialty in Technical and Commercial for Engineering, Assets and Facilities Construction and Maintenance for 30 years, along with inspection & testing for operational readiness. His expertise also covers Manufacturing, Quality Inspection & Control and Commercial. Currently, he is engaging with engineering & maintenance as individuals after contract expired with the last employer INSTEP Petronas Kuala Terengganu. He holds a degree in Mechanical & Diploma in Aerospace and has sound and adequate experience in technical and management serving reputable organizations including Hitachi Mechanical Manufacturing, KL International Airport, Sapuracrest for Exxonmobil, General Electric for Petronas LNG and Serba Dinamik for Shell. The involvement in local and international employers comprise of eastern and western engineering mindset have made Rusli a global blended technocrat and manager. He is also good in handling the asset & facilities including machineries and components for static & rotating equipment, electrical devices and support appliances as well as material processes. Rusli is now even matured in undertaking the tasks and assignments especially dealing with those important technical specifications of quality standards & non-technical parameters i.e. Safety, Scope, Time, Cost Quality, Manpower, Communication, Risk and Procurement. HSE - Health, Safety and Environment is adapted upfront which is uncompromised and the second nature to Rusli’s Knowledge, Skills and Attitude (KSA).
